About Kimberly
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 24 years of experience supporting individuals across all ages. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, and behavioral concerns. I also support clients exploring identity, sexuality, and relationship dynamics, including LGBTQ+ individuals and those in nontraditional partnerships.
My experience includes helping clients navigate mood disorders, trauma, behavioral challenges, and identity exploration. My work emphasizes empowerment, clarity, and emotional resilience. I earned my master’s degree in applied psychology from the University of South Alabama and my doctorate in clinical sexology. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and solution-focused support tailored to each person.
You deserve a space where you feel understood, supported, and encouraged to heal at your own pace. Together, we will build insight, strengthen coping skills, and work toward meaningful growth. Reaching out is a powerful first step, and I would be honored to walk with you as you move toward balance, clarity, and emotional well-being.

"Having been raised in a diverse family and exposed to multiple cultures and nationalities, I bring both broad and deep insight into a variety of cultural perspectives and lifestyles."
