I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with several years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change. I work with clients who want to better understand themselves, improve communication, navigate relationship difficulties, and heal from painful experiences. Whether clients are struggling with recurring conflict, emotional disconnection, life transitions, or patterns that impact their relationships, I strive to help them develop greater self-awareness, strengthen their connections, and move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.
My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and supportive, while also making room for honest reflection and meaningful change. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring difficult experiences, expressing vulnerability, and gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships.
You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges or relationship struggles alone. Wherever you are in your journey, you deserve a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Change takes courage, and you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. I invite you to take the next step and schedule an appointment when you feel ready.

"I believe that healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood, and I strive to offer a compassionate, supportive space where clients feel safe to explore difficult experiences, receive honest feedback with care, and grow within a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and healthy boundaries."
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
One thing I wish all clients knew is that therapy isn’t about being perfect or having all the answers; it’s about giving yourself the space to understand who you are, process your experiences, and learn new ways of navigating life. Healing isn’t linear, and you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they can begin to share their story at their own pace. During the early stages of therapy, we will discuss what brought them to therapy, what they hope to gain from the process, and any concerns or challenges they may be experiencing.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I believe therapy should be unique to the individual sitting across from me. I take a personalized, collaborative approach by getting to know each client’s experiences, strengths, values, and goals, while considering their cultural background, relationships, and life circumstances.
