My name is Cassandra Butler, and I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker who has over 30 years of experience in providing mental health services, including therapy services.  I help clients with anxiety, depression, family conflicts, grief, parenting issues, career difficulties, and life changes.  I encourage and support clients as they make changes in their symptoms and behavior patterns that interfere with fulfilling their life goals.

I use therapy to help clients identify how their thoughts affect their emotions and behaviors.  This will support them in making the changes needed to maximize their overall functioning.  I can also provide therapy from a Christian perspective, if this is what the client prefers.

I facilitate an environment where clients are free to discuss their thoughts and feelings without the fear of judgment.  Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life can be challenging, but I am here to support you.
