Hello, my name is Danillie Francis, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience in social work and mental health. I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life's challenges and transitions. I enjoy working with a diverse population, including children ages 5 and up, as well as adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?

I became a therapist to help others achieve their best lives. I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to share their feelings and feel heard, understood, and emotionally supported.

What types of clients do you work best with?

I enjoy working with a wide range of clients and am particularly passionate about supporting individuals and families as they grow, adapt, and navigate the different stages of life together.

What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?

Therapy is not meant to be a lifelong journey, but rather a supportive process. Together, we can work toward achieving your goals so you can live your best life.

What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?

During the first session, you can expect a warm and welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing what has brought you to therapy. We will work collaboratively to explore your needs and begin developing a personalized treatment plan focused on helping you effectively achieve your goals.

What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?

As a mother navigating today’s world of social media and daily life stressors, I offer a fresh and relatable perspective to help others better understand and manage the challenges of modern life.

How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?

I tailor each session to meet your individual needs, focusing on what is most important to you in the moment. Together, we can work through the everyday challenges you face and develop meaningful strategies for growth and healing.
