Welcome! My name is Taylor Zuber. I am a licensed social worker in the state of Michigan, pursuing certification in alcohol and addiction counseling. My professional experience includes working with young adults and adults navigating mental health crises, socioeconomic challenges, trauma, and substance use concerns. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, empathy, and compassion. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel heard and valued. Through crisis intervention and person-centered care, I am passionate about helping individuals rediscover hope and recognize their strengths.
My approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, trauma-informed care, and meeting you where you are. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help you understand your thoughts and emotions, develop coping skills, and find practical ways to move forward.
Together we can explore your strengths, embrace opportunities for growth, and take meaningful steps towards the life you envision. Your story matters, your feelings are important, and your pathway towards healing deserves compassion and understanding.
