About Nadia
I have been a cognitive behavioral therapist for over ten years. My passion is seeing families experience healing and restoration. I specialize in working with people with relationship problems, low or poor self-esteem, depression, or complications from ADHD symptoms. I also offer faith-based counseling. My background includes work with an evidence-based family therapy called PMTO. I also work with both children and adults with trauma. I offer support to families that are currently separated and seeking skills for reunification.
My practice consists of a strength-based, empathetic, and empowering therapeutic style. I meet people where they are and allow them to move at their own pace with support and encouragement to anchor them.
Life is difficult right now and really hard to maneuver. If you are looking for a safe space to heal with confidence and support; I welcome you to join me in taking your first step on your journey to new beginnings.

"As a long term mental health professional I understand the importance of strong support and connection in the therapeutic partnership in order to navigate to healing, wholeness, and new beginnings on life’s journey."
