Why did you decide to become a counselor?
Life experiences led me to become a therapist later in life. I look at my own children and always think of them when I'm working on life issues with someone.
What types of clients do you work with best?
I work best with clients who want to do the work on themselves.
What type of clients are you most excited to work with?
I love working with high school students and the elderly!
What’s one thing you wish all clients knew?
That there is nothing wrong with them, they may have just hit a bump in the road and need someone to walk alongside showing/teaching them how to approach things differently.

Thriveworks is a place where I can continue to learn and grow as a therapist.

The main goal in first session is to build rapport and let you know what you can expect from me in therapy.

My desire for them is to be at ease with taking that first step in helping themselves.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
