Get to know Kayla

What's one thing you wish all clients knew?

That they have more power and potential than they realize.

What inspires you?

Nature. The unanswered questions of life. Imagination.

What can clients expect in their first session with you?

In our first sessions together, we'll get to know one another a bit. I hope to hear what you're going through and what brought you to therapy. We'll explore whether we are a good fit to achieve your therapy goals. At the end of the sessions, my hope is that you will leave feeling heard and seen, and that someone cares.

What do you do for fun/on your time off?

Travel and spend as much time outside as possible. Oh, and eat good food!
