About Ranesa

My name is Ranesa Bolander and I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than 30 years of experience in various settings. I feel I work well with clients ages 18 to 70 as a result of working with many diverse populations. I provide a safe space for individuals, couples, and families to address their concerns, explore their diagnoses, and achieve treatment goals that are specific to their needs.

I assist clients in moving forward to achieve their goals using CBT, DBT, and/or solution-focused therapy depending on the client's needs and goals for therapy. I attempt to be the listener others need to begin to process and feel they are making progress by celebrating the small wins that lead to big change.

I recognize the courage it takes to begin therapy, regardless of whether it's the first time or if you are entering therapy again after several therapy experiences. I do hope you take the opportunity to take a step to nurture yourself and schedule your initial consultation. Take good care and let's talk soon.
