About Randi
My name is Randi Hamilton and I am a licensed clinical professional counselor. I have worked with people with various diagnoses of all ages, although I enjoy working with the young adult population (20s).
I enjoy using CBT and DBT techniques helping clients challenge their thoughts to evaluate the truthfulness and to come up with alternate, more realistic thoughts. Concepts within DBT are so important to be aware of, and practice, like mindfulness and acceptance.
Come share your journey with me in my oasis of possibilities.

"As a woman who experienced trauma at an early age, I understand how it can affect our behaviors and feelings. Emotion regulation skills are very valuable to everyone."
