About Tiffany
Tiffany Marro has worked in the mental health field for more than five years. She has worked with individuals ranging in age from 4 to 25+ years old. Specifically, Tiffany has experience working with children and young adults on the autism spectrum. She has seen children, teens, young adults, and adults for individual counseling. Tiffany's passion is working with children, young adults, and couples for couples/marriage counseling. She has helped her clients work on goals of all kinds, such as communication skills, interpersonal skills, depression, anxiety, grief, motivation, and relationships, to name a few.
In 2016 Tiffany graduated with her Bachelor's Degree in counseling from the University of New Haven. Tiffany then graduated from Eastern Nazarene College in 2020 with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. Tiffany envisions therapy as a collaborative effort. Tiffany believes that when she and the client have a great rapport and actively engage in honest communication and therapeutic techniques clients will undoubtedly achieve their mental health goals. Tiffany feels her clinical superpower is the ability to empathize. Growing up in a city surrounded by diverse people and cultures of all lifestyles has given Tiffany an additional sense of awareness that contributes to her understanding and ability to empathize. Tiffany facilitates strength-based therapy and emits positive energy. All of which allows space for the therapeutic process to be successful.
Tiffany understands it may be difficult to reach out for help or start something new. This may be your first time considering therapy or this may be your fifth attempt at finding the right counselor. Tiffany would like for you to know that it's important to her that the therapeutic space feels safe and you're able to set the pace.

Why did you decide to become a counselor?
In short, it is my passion. I can't help but help those around me. I want everyone to experience happy, loving, and healthy relationships.

A cheerful disposition and a safe space.
What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?
I would like for my client to walk away feeling relieved that they have a space where they feel safe and comfortable talking to me about whatever they're going through.
What should clients know about you before scheduling a first counseling session?
Understanding my clients, their views, values, and mental health goals is important to me.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
I enjoy going to the gym, shopping and spending time with family.
What’s one thing about you that defines you (non-professional)?
I am a Type-A person and when I care about someone or something I care immensely.
