About Riley
Hi, I'm Riley, a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) passionate about helping individuals recognize their strengths and create lasting change. I believe therapy isn't about "fixing" someone—it's about creating a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move toward a life that feels authentic, balanced, and meaningful to you.
I've worked with adolescents and adults supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, trauma, and transitions. I'm passionate about holistic wellness and how movement and fitness support healing. I hold certifications in WAG Nutrition and Trauma-Informed Weight Lifting.
I take a collaborative, compassionate approach to therapy. Whether exploring coping skills, processing experiences, or improving relationships, I help you build on your strengths and create meaningful change. Reaching out can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate challenges alone. I look forward to walking alongside you.

"One of the biggest lessons I've learned—both in my own life and as a therapist—is that healing isn't linear. There are seasons of growth, setbacks, and rediscovery, and each has something valuable to teach us. My own journey introduced me to the powerful connection between mental and physical wellness, which continues to shape how I support clients today."
