About Kelly
Kelly Doherty is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts with over 6 years of experience providing clinical assessment and therapeutic care to adults and couples with mental health diagnoses and substance abuse. Working in clinic, outpatient, and even hospital settings, Kelly has diverse experience in a multitude of disorders including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, relationship issues, trauma, and general life stressors.
Kelly utilizes cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, solution-focused, and mindfulness-based techniques to meet you where you’re at and meet your needs in a unique and positive way. She develops a warm and fun environment in order to collaborate with you and meet goals and tackle challenges.

What do you do for fun/on your time off?
Spend time with my husband, walking my puppies, exercising, volunteering with homeless shelters, and watching football.
