About Judy
Judy Saraiva Paz is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 20 years of experience with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with life stressors, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting, and more. As a clinician, her focus is on improving the mental health and emotional healing of her clients. She is trilingual and willing to meet with clients who speak English, Portuguese, or Spanish.
Judy completed her Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies at the University of Rhode Island. She then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston College. She is now an Adjunct Assistant Professor and Faculty Field Advisor at Smith College's School for Social Work. Judy believes that we are all constantly faced with new stressors and transitions throughout the various stages of our lives and relationships.
Judy is confident that she will be able to support your goals as you adapt and cope with what you are facing. She will be by your side on this journey to a more satisfied and serene life, offering personalized mental health care with purpose.

I love to read, and if I am doing it on a beach, that is even better.
