Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
Coming from a cultural background where mental health is not a priority, I became interested in how in the West, people have found solutions to help those who are struggling mentally. I have always been compassionate and believed in the power of connecting with others. Coming to the US was when I decided to study and become a counselor, and it has been the best decision of my life!

My ideal clients are those with motivation to understand themselves better.I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey of self-discovery, fostering a collaborative and empowering therapeutic relationship.

Therapy opens door to uncover ways to alleviate the burdens we all share, fostering a deeper understanding of ourselves in the process

What inspires you?
I find fulfillment in assisting individuals in overcoming obstacles that hinder a calm and fulfilling life. Through our collaborative work, I guide clients to ask themselves transformative questions, unraveling aspects they may not have explored before. Together, we bring clarity to previously blurry aspects of their lives, paving the way for positive change.

I provide safe and welcoming space so client can make effective decisions, learn from the process, and gain confidence. learn and grow from past experience to become better version of themselves

I care deeply, and genuinely about helping others. My compassion has always been a compass that guides me through every choice I make in life.
Can you tell us about a success you had with a client?
I had a client who was struggling with her diet health, and working with her to bring back her motivation to make a lifestyle change was a rewarding success I had in my career.
