I am a Massachusetts-licensed clinical psychologist with a PhD in Clinical Psychology and more than six years of outpatient telehealth experience. I work with adolescents, adults, older adults, caregivers, and families facing anxiety, depression, trauma, panic, OCD, chronic stress, grief, life transitions, relationship or work concerns, caregiving and aging-related stress, chronic pain, health challenges, or substance-use concerns. Clients often seek practical tools, improved functioning, stronger relationships, and lasting change aligned with their values.
My style is warm, collaborative, active, and practical. I use CBT and ACT, integrating exposurebased, mindfulness, DBT-informed, and trauma-focused strategies when helpful. My experience includes anxiety, panic, OCD, trauma, chronic pain, health behavior change, aging, and caregiver stress. Together, we build useful skills and track meaningful progress.
Starting therapy can feel difficult, especially when you have been carrying concerns alone. You deserve a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. When you are ready, I invite you to schedule an appointment so we can begin working toward the changes you want.

"I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely understood, so I offer a warm, collaborative, and practical approach that combines evidence-based strategies with your unique strengths, values, and goals."
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I became a clinical psychologist because I was drawn to understanding how thoughts, emotions, behavior, relationships, and physical health shape one another. I wanted to combine science with genuine human connection and help people turn insight into practical, meaningful change in their daily lives.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I work well with adolescents, adults, older adults, caregivers, and families from diverse backgrounds. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, panic, stress, grief, relationship or work concerns, life transitions, chronic pain, health challenges, caregiving demands, and substance-use concerns. I welcome anyone seeking a warm, collaborative, practical, and evidence-based approach tailored to their individual needs and goals.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy; healing is a collaborative process, and meaningful change often begins with one honest conversation and develops gradually through insight, practice, and self-compassion.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
In our first session, I will listen carefully to understand your concerns, experiences, strengths, and goals. Together, we will identify priorities and develop a personalized plan. Early sessions focus on building trust, understanding important patterns, learning practical skills, and regularly reviewing progress so therapy remains helpful and responsive to your needs.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
My practice is guided by compassion, curiosity, cultural humility, collaboration, and respect for each person’s lived experience. My background in psychology, medicine, and research—and my work with people from diverse cultural and clinical backgrounds—has taught me to consider the whole person, use evidence thoughtfully, and tailor care to each client’s values, strengths, and goals.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I begin by understanding each client’s concerns, history, culture, strengths, values, preferences, and goals. I then select and adapt evidence-based strategies to fit their needs, pace, and circumstances. We regularly review progress and feedback together, adjusting the approach so therapy remains practical, collaborative, and personally meaningful.
