About Grace
I am a Master’s Level Counselor with 5 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, emotional and behavioral concerns, and autism spectrum-related challenges. I have worked in outpatient and in-home therapy settings, incorporating strong family involvement to promote growth, resilience, and meaningful progress.
I earned my master’s degree in mental health counseling from Suffolk University and my bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in education from Emmanuel College. I utilize person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy to help clients better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel safe, understood, and supported. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel challenging, but you do not have to do it alone. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing and growth.

"As someone who has experience working with people from diverse backgrounds, I offer a compassionate, supportive, and understanding space for healing and growth."

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I entered the mental health field out of a genuine desire to support and help others. I truly enjoy guiding clients through periods of growth while creating a safe and comfortable space for them to explore their thoughts and feelings. My goal is to help clients build the skills and confidence they need to navigate life on their own, while knowing they are always supported along the way.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I work best with clients who are open to the therapeutic process and willing to engage in growth. As long as you are open to the journey, I am excited to work with and support you. I specialize in working with children and adolescents, but I also have experience supporting adults in older adulthood.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
Therapy is a journey, and it’s normal to experience both highs and lows along the way. It’s important to approach these moments without self-blame, recognizing that growth often comes with challenges. While we work together to build skills and increase awareness, there may still be difficult times, which are a completely normal part of the process.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
In the beginning, the main focus will be on getting to know you and what brings you into therapy. This may include background information, current habits and skills, and what your expectations or goals you have for your therapeutic process.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
Some of my personal experiences include being an athlete and navigating challenges with self-esteem and self-worth. I have also worked through interpersonal challenges and experienced the loss of loved ones, which required reflection and personal growth. These experiences have helped shape my understanding and empathy as a therapist.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I focus on what each client communicates as their needs and goals. I encourage clients to be actively involved in the therapeutic process, collaborating to identify goals that feel meaningful and beneficial. I bring knowledge from my years of training and experience, using evidence-based resources to support growth and a deeper understanding of each client’s unique needs.
