What should clients know about you before scheduling a first session?
I am an art therapist, but you do not have to identify as creative to work with me. If you are interested, I offer art and writing prompts as an alternative way of expressing your thoughts and feelings to deepen awareness and insight. However, I work with many different clients and use other approaches if art therapy is not for you.
