Emma Pici-D’Ottavio is a Resident Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Art Therapist with 2 years of experience. Emma has experience working with adults with substance use disorders in partial hospitalization and outpatient settings. She also has expertise supporting transition-age youth and adolescents. Before becoming a therapist, Emma worked in mental health research for 6 years.
Emma received her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy at Lesley University. She offers a range of treatment approaches including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, internal family systems, and expressive art therapy.
