Elizabeth "Liz" Olson is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who specializes in treating life changes, aging issues, grief and loss, stress, and caregiver issues. Liz has over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. She completed her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Human Development and Social Relations at Earlham College and her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Boston University School of Social Work.
Liz offers empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills to empower you to be your best self despite circumstances. She seeks to build a caring, trusting relationship with you, to empower you in making desired changes with dignity and self-worth. Liz uses solution-focused, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral techniques to assist you in reaching your goals and living your life with quality and values you desire.
