About Donna
Donna is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker based in Massachusetts and is committed to fostering personal well-being among her clients. Donna’s professional path has been diverse, ranging from supporting teens and young adults grappling with addiction to serving in behavioral schools. However, it was through these varied experiences that she discovered her true passion lies in working with adults of all ages. She specializes in treating co-occurring disorders, mood disorders, and promoting nutrition and healthy lifestyles. Donna is dedicated to providing comprehensive care that addresses mental and physical well-being.
Donna earned her Master’s in Social Work at the University of Maryland. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in creating an empowering and non-judgmental environment, using evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, positive psychology, integrative medicine, mindfulness, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
Donna tailors her interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual. Her goal is to establish a strong therapeutic connection and a safe space where clients can feel supported and understood as they navigate their personal journeys towards a more fulfilling life.

What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?
I hope to gain an understanding as to why the individual is seeking therapy, provide them with an opportunity to share their experiences and gain a general understanding of my therapeutic process.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
Exercise, play with my pet rabbit, volunteer at animal shelters
