About Chris
I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) with 28 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. I specialize in working with diverse populations and creating a safe, affirming space where clients from all backgrounds—including the LGBTQ+ community—feel seen, valued, and understood. My approach is direct, compassionate, and rooted in helping you build resilience, clarity, and confidence.
I earned my master’s degree in social work from Ohio State University and have extensive experience using cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed care, and family systems work. My training helps me address unique needs, strengthen relationships, and guide clients toward meaningful, sustainable change.
Whether you are navigating stress, exploring identity, facing relationship concerns, or working through life transitions, I am here to support you. Together, we will build a path toward emotional balance, healthier patterns, and a more empowered future. You do not have to do it alone—I’m here to help you move forward with strength and clarity.

"My goal is to help individuals and families confront life's challenges, unlock their inherent strength, and build a solid path toward greater well-being."
