About Carly
Carly Wilson is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who has extensive experience providing individual therapy and group therapy for veterans, active duty military personnel, corrections, and first responders. Additionally, Carly has experience working with youth and adolescent clients.
Carly completed her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice at Saint Anselm College and her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Boston College. In addition to her clinical practice, Carly was nominated for and received a 10 Under 10 Award from Saint Anselm College. This recognition program aims to celebrate and showcase the successes of Saint Anselm's young alumni who have graduated within the past 10 years and are already shaping the future.
Carly is skilled in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy as modalities to help her clients achieve their self-identified goals.

Therapy is a process and requires a collaborative approach.
What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?
In the first session, I would like to get to know the client, establish goals, and give the client an opportunity to ask any questions about the therapeutic process.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
In my time off I enjoy traveling.
