About Ashley
I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with 6 years of experience in community mental health. I specialize in supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, codependency, attachment wounds, and difficulty setting boundaries. I have a background in eating disorder treatment and working with underserved populations, and I am passionate about helping clients feel more grounded, secure, and empowered.
I earned my master’s degree in mental health counseling from Lesley University. My approach is person-centered and collaborative. I integrate mindfulness-based, somatic, and trauma-informed therapies to help clients build awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and nervous system responses.
I know reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where we can work together to help you feel more secure, connected, and at peace. When you’re ready, I’m here to support you.

"Through both personal and professional experience, I have come to understand how trauma and loss can deeply affect our sense of safety, identity, and connection. I am passionate about supporting clients in building insight and resilience that foster healing."
Get to know Ashley
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I decided to become a counselor because I wanted to help others find their own capacity for growth and healing as I did through my own therapy work.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I work best with clients who are ready to engage meaningfully in the therapeutic process. My clients are open to self-exploration, willing to examine long-standing patterns, and prepared to consider new perspectives.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
I wish that clients knew the healing process is unique and personal to each person. The healing process has no time limit nor is confined by societal expectations. Like waves in an ocean, healing ebbs and flows.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
In the early stages of therapy, clients can expect a welcoming, low pressure space to begin getting to know each other. From there, we will explore reasons for coming to therapy and setting attainable goals together.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
My values of integrity, genuineness, and curiosity guide my work as a therapist.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I meet each client's unique needs through collaboration and ongoing feedback in our work together.
