About Anna
I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with 4 years of experience supporting individuals as they navigate life’s most difficult challenges. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds who are seeking healing, clarity, and renewed connection with themselves. I am especially passionate about helping clients process painful experiences, build self-compassion, and rediscover their inner strengths.
I earned my master’s degree in counseling from Salem State University. My approach is rooted in narrative therapy, helping clients explore the stories they carry and reshape them into ones grounded in empowerment and growth. I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to healing, and I create a warm, welcoming environment.
If you’ve been thinking about starting therapy, you don’t have to carry everything alone. I provide a compassionate space where you can share your story, feel heard, and begin lightening the weight you’ve been holding. When you’re ready, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing.

"As someone familiar with trauma and its treatment, I understand the strength that survivors possess, including the ability to ask for help."
Get to know Anna
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
Many people told me that I would make a good therapist or that talking to me was like talking to a therapist. I became interested in this way of helping people.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I work best with clients who are seekers, who know they are on a journey and want to optimize it.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
I wish people knew that most therapists aren't there to judge -- they're genuinely there to help.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
Many of my clients feel comfortable with me right away and find it easy to open up. Therapy with me goes in whichever direction you would like. We can begin with the past or focus only on the present day. It's up to you.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
I believe in respecting people and their stories. Many people haven't felt truly respected before, and it really helps people open up.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I believe in client-centered or person-centered therapy. The client drives the bus and makes the decisions; I am just in the next seat offering navigation and advice.
