About Adrianne
Adrianne Niall is a Licensed Mental Health Clinician with 1 year of experience. She supports individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, family conflict, and low self-worth. She has experience working with young adults, parents, and those stuck in patterns of shame or emotional disconnection. Her ideal client is ready to explore the impact of their past and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. Many of her clients long for peace, confidence, and authenticity, and she is honored to walk alongside them on their journeys.
Adrianne earned a Master’s in Counseling from Divine Mercy University. She is a person-centered therapist who integrates evidence-based tools, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and eye movement reprocessing and desensitization, to help clients shift negative thinking, regulate emotions, and build self-worth.
Therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you’ve carried trauma alone for a long time. Adrianne offers a safe, nonjudgmental space where healing and change are possible. She understands how hard it can be to reach out and welcomes the opportunity to support you with compassion, curiosity, and care.

"As a trauma-informed clinician and mother, I understand how complex and deeply personal the journey toward healing can be."

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I became a counselor because it is my true calling. I believe in the power of healing relationships and the human capacity for growth—even in the face of pain. I’ve seen how emotional wounds, when left unspoken, can quietly shape the way we see ourselves and others. I was drawn to this work out of a desire to create spaces where people feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change. It is a profound privilege to walk alongside clients as they reclaim their voice, deepen their self-understanding, and move toward a more authentic and connected life.
What types of clients do you work with best?
I work best with individuals who are ready to explore the impact of their past and are seeking more authentic, grounded ways of relating to themselves and others. Many of my clients carry trauma, anxiety, shame, or self-doubt and are longing for greater peace, confidence, and connection. I especially enjoy working with young adults, parents, and those navigating life transitions or relational challenges. My ideal clients are curious about their inner world and open to doing the deep, sometimes difficult work of healing. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where we can work together toward meaningful and lasting growth.
What type of clients are you most excited to work with?
I’m most excited to work with clients who are ready to engage in honest self-reflection and are seeking deeper healing and personal growth. I’m especially drawn to working with individuals who feel stuck in cycles of shame, anxiety, or emotional disconnection and who long for more freedom, authenticity, and connection in their lives. Whether it’s navigating past trauma, shifting negative self-beliefs, or improving relationships, I find it deeply meaningful to support clients as they reclaim their voice and build a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew?
One thing I wish all clients knew is that they have dignity—simply because they exist. No amount of pain, struggle, or past experience can take that away. Every person is worthy of respect, care, and compassion. You don’t have to earn your worth; it’s already there. Therapy is one place where you get to rediscover that truth and begin to live from it.
