About Benjamin
I enjoy working with clients who are feeling stressed, anxious, stuck, or unmotivated and are ready for things to change. Whether you’re navigating life changes, taking on new challenges, or seeking more balance, I'm ready to work with you as you explore and grow. I provide a supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and encouraged. Together, we can focus on building healthier coping skills, improving your relationships, and creating a blueprint to help you move forward with more confidence and clarity.
My approach is collaborative and person-centered, meaning that you set the agenda and guide the process at a pace you’re comfortable with. I'll help you to clarify your goals, reflect on what’s most important to you, and highlight areas for growth. Together, we’ll create a clear path forward and help you stay accountable to yourself.
In our work together, I hope to create a space where you can express yourself without judgement. I'll help you to set meaningful personal goals and develop practical steps to reach them. My hope is that you leave each session feeling supported, understood, and ready to work on making the changes that you want to see for yourself.

"Over 14 years of experience, my person-centered practice is rooted in providing a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you are fully heard, respected, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges on your own terms."

What types of clients do you work best with?
I work best with clients who recognize the need to make changes in their lives but who need help figuring out.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
I wish all clients knew that therapy isn't just for mental illness. It can be a powerful tool for anyone seeking to build confidence and realize their own capability to set, pursue, and achieve their personal goals.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
During your first session, you can expect a warm, supportive space dedicated to listening to your story, understanding your personal goals, and collaborating to find a path forward that feels right for you.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
During our initial sessions, we'll discuss your personal strengths, areas where you'd like to make improvements, and your long and short-term personal goals. Through these discussions, we'll determine the best way to move forward so that you feel comfortable and motivated to start moving in a positive direction.
