About Pamela
Pamela Stopczynski is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting adults and seniors. She specializes in helping clients manage stress, trauma, grief, chronic illness, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. Pam has also worked extensively with young adults and those facing medical conditions like diabetes and cystic fibrosis. She is passionate about helping individuals build resilience and improve their overall well-being.
Pam earned her Master’s in Social Work from Western Michigan University. She integrates evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, trauma-informed care, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness within a humanistic and client-centered framework.
Pam partners with clients to navigate life’s challenges, set personal goals, and make meaningful progress. Her warm, collaborative style invites healing and growth. She honors each client’s journey and is committed to supporting lasting change through thoughtful and individualized care.
