About Provider

About Calle

I specialize in working with women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and people navigating the complex intersections of identity, trauma, relationships, and the challenges of living in a world that often feels overwhelming. I understand that many of the struggles we face don't exist in isolation but are deeply shaped by our relationships, our personal histories, and the broader systems we live within. My work is rooted in the belief that healing requires understanding these interconnected experiences.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply trauma-informed. Together, we'll explore the attachment patterns, survival strategies, and trauma responses that once protected you but now leave you feeling stuck. Rather than asking "What's wrong with me?" we'll ask "What happened to me?" and "How can I move forward with greater self-compassion and freedom?"

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, burnout, life transitions, identity exploration, or feeling disconnected from yourself, we'll work together to help you build insight, strengthen your resilience, and reconnect with your values and authentic self. You don't have to navigate this alone.

Get to know Calle

What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?

Therapy isn't scary. It is a place where you get to show up exactly as you are.

What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?

We will first get to know each other. The foundation of therapy is building trust and therapeutic rapport.

How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?

My therapeutic process is collaborative. I will check in with you regularly to identify your current needs and identify new goals.
