About Provider

About Nicole

As a licensed clinical social worker, I work with young adults through older adults and believe therapy should be individualized to each person's unique needs, experiences, and goals. My approach is both solution-focused and insight-oriented, helping clients better understand themselves while also developing practical strategies to move forward. I view therapy as a partnership, and I work alongside my clients to help them identify strengths, overcome challenges, and achieve the goals that matter most to them.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, trichotillomania, mood changes, life transitions, or an unexpected crisis. Seeking support is a courageous first step, and I strive to provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

I am supportive and compassionate, while also willing to gently challenge clients when needed to encourage growth and new perspectives. I enjoy helping people explore alternative ways of thinking, navigate difficult situations, build resilience, and gain confidence in their ability to handle life's challenges.

Get to know Nicole

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?

There was a time when I needed help and I have since been inspired to help others overcome their own life challenges.

What types of clients do you work best with?

I work best with clients that are willing to see change but need more support and motivation to reach their goals.

What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?

This process is not linear, at times there will be hard times but I am there to help every step of the way.

What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?

In the first session, you can expect getting to know me and vice versa. We will both make sure we are a good fit and outline goals and a treatment plan that you feel comfortable with.

What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?

I am an open minded and a great listener as everyone has their own story and challenges. I help support and provide options to help someone consider other avenues they might not have thought of.

How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?

I tailor therapy to meet each client's unique needs by using client centered therapy. A client and I will work together to see what fits and what doesn't to help reach your ultimate goals.
