What's one thing you wish all clients knew?
I wish all clients knew that they are capable of more than they think and that change is possible.
Why did you choose to practice at Thriveworks?
I have seen how difficult it can be for individuals who are not able to access the mental health services they need and I believe increasing accessibility is incredibly important.
What inspires you?
I am inspired by others who work hard to better themselves and put in the effort to be consistent even when it is very difficult.
What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?
It is important to me that a client leaves the first session feeling educated about the therapeutic process and hopeful for the impact our partnership can have on their life.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
During my time off, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two dogs or reading a good book.
