About Tracy
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 12 years of experience in the mental health field. Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of settings, including correctional facilities, addiction treatment centers, school-based programs, and outpatient clinics. I support children, adolescents, and adults navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, addiction, bipolar disorder, anger, trauma, grief, and crisis-related concerns.
I earned my master’s degree in Human Services and Counseling from Post University. My background includes working with incarcerated individuals, adults in addiction recovery, and children and adolescents in both school and outpatient environments. These diverse experiences allow me to bring a well-rounded, flexible approach to meeting each client’s unique needs.
I view therapy as a collaborative and empowering process. I value creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. Together, we will identify your strengths, explore your experiences, and develop meaningful goals. If you’re looking for a compassionate partner to help you build effective coping skills and create lasting change, I would be honored to support you on your journey.

"I love helping others overcome mental health challenges for a healthier well-being."
