Cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, EMDR, emotional freedom techniques, motivational interviewing, and acceptance & commitment therapy are a few of her favorite interventions.
Peggy’s passion has always been to help others. She believes that people are body, soul (mind/emotions), and spirit, each aspect part of the larger whole. Helping clients set treatment goals and then make progress towards those goals is Peggy’s forte. Her primary focus is to help people overcome internal barriers to growth and empower them to pursue goals.
