Why did you decide to become a counselor?
I became a therapist because I understand that we all have challenges in life that we have to face and it is helpful to have someone to talk to for guidance and support. I look forward to helping people find their strengths so they can live their best lives.
What types of clients do you work with best?
I work best with young, middle, and older adults.
What type of clients are you most excited to work with?
I am most excited to work with clients that want to put in the work and are motivated to make the changes they need to in their life. My role is to provide guidance and support to the change process by highlighting an individual's internal strengths so that they can see that even the impossible is possible.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends. Whether we play cards, games, watch movies, or travel together, it is so important to share stories and laugh with one another. Fun times are cherished times!
