About Marianne

I'm a licensed professional counselor and neurodivergent therapist with ADHD who is passionate about helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, stress, and emotional overwhelm. As a Brazilian psychologist who rebuilt my life in the U.S., I bring empathy, cultural awareness, and resilience into my work. I work with clients seeking greater confidence, emotional balance, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of self. My approach combines mindfulness, practical coping strategies, and compassionate support to help clients create meaningful and fulfilling lives.

I use a compassionate, mindfulness-based approach integrating DBT and EMDR to help clients build emotional resilience, process difficult experiences, and develop practical coping skills. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, offering a supportive and nonjudgmental space for growth and healing.

You don't have to navigate things alone. Healing is possible, and even small steps can create meaningful change over time. If you feel ready, I invite you to reach out and schedule an appointment so we can begin this work together in a supportive and compassionate space.
