Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
David's journey to becoming a counselor began in his youth when he observed many of his friends and relatives struggle from the symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. These observations eventually led him to pursue an undergraduate and graduate education in psychology where he thoroughly researched and examined various approaches to treating them. While pursuing his graduate studies, David not only immersed himself in the study of CBT, DBT, and the like, he also applied the techniques to his own life, which helped him to grow and achieve his own full potential in the process. Since that time, David has dedicated his career to sharing his knowledge and skills to his community so that individuals can achieve their full potential.
