About Stacey
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 10 years of experience working with adults, couples, and families. I specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and addiction. I hold a BA in Child Psychology from the University of North Florida and an MS in Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University, and I am a Master Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP). I work with clients seeking to heal, build coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. Using CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches, I tailor therapy to your needs. Together, we build practical skills, strengthen resilience, and support meaningful, lasting change.
Taking the first step can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. You deserve support, understanding, and the opportunity to heal and grow. When you’re ready, I invite you to take that next step toward the life you want.

"Having experienced personal trauma, anxiety, and loss, I bring an authentic understanding of how deeply painful life circumstances can impact us. I also recognize the power of developing new skills to foster healing, resilience, and renewed empowerment."
