Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I became a therapist because I’m passionate about helping people feel seen, heard, and supported. I’ve always been drawn to understanding relationships and human connection, and I find purpose in walking alongside others as they navigate challenges and build more fulfilling lives.
What types of clients do you work with best?
I work best with individuals and couples who are navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, or emotional struggles. I especially connect with clients who are open to self-exploration and growth, and who value a supportive, collaborative space to deepen understanding and connection.
What type of clients are you most excited to work with?
I’m most excited to work with individuals and couples ready to deepen their emotional connection and improve communication. I’m passionate about supporting those navigating modern relationship challenges and helping clients from diverse backgrounds find clarity, healing, and lasting growth.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew?
I wish all clients knew that therapy is a safe, judgment-free space where their experiences and feelings truly matter. Change takes time, and it’s okay to move at your own pace. Being open and honest is the first step toward healing, growth, and stronger connections.
Why did you choose to practice at Thriveworks?
I chose Thriveworks because it offers a welcoming, inclusive space where clients feel safe and supported. Their focus on evidence-based care and ongoing professional development aligns with my commitment to growth and providing the best possible support for those I serve.
What inspires you?
I’m inspired by the resilience and courage people show when facing life’s challenges. Witnessing clients grow, heal, and build stronger connections motivates me every day to provide compassionate support and help them create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
What can clients expect in their first session with you?
In the first session, clients can expect a genuine conversation where their experiences truly matter. I prioritize creating a safe, collaborative space to explore what brought them here and what they hope to achieve—laying the foundation for a personalized journey toward clarity and meaningful connection.
What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?
In the first session, I aim to help the individual feel heard and understood while identifying their key concerns and goals. Together, we begin building trust and a safe space, setting the stage for a personalized, collaborative path toward growth and healing.
What should clients know about you before scheduling a first session?
Before scheduling, clients should know I deeply value authenticity and curiosity. I’m committed to meeting each person exactly where they are, blending proven techniques with genuine empathy to foster real connection and change. Together, we’ll explore not just challenges but the strengths that can transform them.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
Outside of work, I’m curious about human stories—whether through documentaries, podcasts, or conversations with friends. I enjoy finding new ways to understand people’s experiences, which continually inspires and informs my work as a therapist.
What's one thing about you that defines you (non-professional)?
One thing that defines me is my genuine curiosity about people and the world around me. I love learning from different perspectives and finding beauty in everyday moments, which helps me stay grounded and open-hearted in both life and my work.
