She has worked in group practices and hospital settings, helping clients suffering from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, impulsivity, and more.


Jaclyn uses a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy, helping clients understand their thoughts and develop ways that they can change their negative thought processes to more positive thought patterns in order to improve their overall well-being.

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?


Therapy has been something that has helped me grow an individual and to be able to give that back to others inspires me everyday.

What's one thing you wish all clients knew?


Therapy and healing takes time and there is no written rule how long is “should” take to feel better.
