About Heli
As a licensed mental health counselor, I believe prioritizing your mental health is key to feeling more balanced and fulfilled in your life. With 25 years of experience, I work with adolescents, adults, families, and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, unable to turn off their mind, or stuck in racing thoughts that make it hard to relax or feel present. I believe therapy should be collaborative and tailored to your specific needs.
My practice focuses on evidence-based support like CBT for those navigating: Anxiety and Racing Thoughts: Helping you quiet the mind and find peace. Depression: Working through the fog to rediscover motivation and joy. Relationship Challenges: Enhancing communication and resolving conflicts. Stress Management: Developing tools to manage feeling overwhelmed.
Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach. When we work together, we'll partner in your therapeutic journey. It's important to me that you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being open. I'll be there to listen, offer perspective, gently challenge patterns when needed, and support you as you work toward meaningful change.
