About Eleanor
I am a registered mental health counselor intern (RMHCI) with 2 years of experience supporting clients through life’s challenges. I work with individuals, couples, and families across multiple generations. My work often focuses on navigating relational conflict, life transitions, grief, stress, and emotional difficulties. I provide a warm and collaborative space where we can explore your concerns, consider new perspectives, and build solutions together.
I earned my master’s in professional counseling from Texas State University, where I studied family systems and conflict resolution. My approach is eclectic and tailored to your needs, drawing from person-centered, solution-focused, and family-systems work. I also have training in financial wellness and welcome conversations about money-related stress.
Starting counseling can feel hard, but you have already taken the first step. I will offer a supportive, compassionate space where you can share openly, gain clarity, and move toward meaningful change. We will work together to understand your goals and create a path toward healing and growth at your own pace.

"As a new mom coming from a unique family, I have a fresh perspective when working with families, couples, children, and individuals."

What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
The healing process can be hard and also have moments of joy. In a session with me you might be laughing and recounting a funny story. I will also be there to support you through the difficult times as well.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
You can expect a caring and present counselor who is interested in your story. During the first session I strive to help you understand the therapeutic process and leave you with hope and excitement for change.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
By listening and accepting what you tell me without judgement.
