My primary treatment integrations include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Intensive Trauma Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy.
My therapeutic style is grounded in the concept of "360-degree healing," driven by evidence-based practices to include stabilization, emotional regulation, mind-body connections, somatic sensory functions, and relationship-centered care. My clients tout feeling expertly treated, supported, and well-equipped.

"I subscribe to the humble notion that as a collective part of humanity, we are responsible for each other to a life-evolving degree; therefore, whatever we cultivate within ourselves should be selflessly shared for the betterment of those we are blessed to connect with in this lifetime."
