Get to know Casey
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I've always wanted to help people and one day I realized how important mental health is and how little people truly know about it, so I went into Psychology and ended up becoming a counselor.

I think I work best with little Kids or teenagers

Any who need help and are open to therapy
What's one thing you wish all clients knew?
That it's okay to have emotions and to show those emotions when you're feeling them.

Thriveworks seems to have everything I would want to continue to be successful in the counseling world.
What inspires you?
Helping people, knowing I made even just one person's day better is enough to inspire me.
What can clients expect in their first session with you?
They expect to learn more about me, build rapport with me, and hopefully learn a little more about themself.
What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?
I want to accomplish the knowledge that the client feels comfortable having me as their therapist but also feels that when they're having a session with me, it's truly a safe space.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
I like to travel when I can or just hang out at home with my cats.
