Ann Taylor

Ann Taylor is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Addictions Professional in the State of Florida who has over 10 years of experience providing clinical assessments and therapeutic care to adult male Inmates in the State of Florida Correctional System who suffer from depression, anxiety schizophrenia, trauma, and self-injurious behavior and 13 years of experience providing substance abuse counseling to adults who have received DUIs, have pain management issues, and alcohol and drug abuse and dependence. Ann completed her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology at the University of Memphis and received her Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University. Ann utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution focused approaches to therapy, sustaining flexibility, inspiration, and resourcefulness to meet the wishes of her patients. Ann strives to form a warm, honest, caring and supporting rapport to help facilitate developing your strengths and to work in partnership to provide lifelong skills to enhance your goals and ensure that you experience the meaningful life you desire.
