About Alexandra
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 9 years of experience supporting individuals through various stages of healing and personal growth. I have worked across inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings with a focus on crisis stabilization and substance abuse treatment. I specialize in helping clients develop coping skills, strengthen self-awareness, and build resilience through a compassionate and collaborative therapeutic relationship.
I have a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. My approach integrates evidence-based methods to promote accountability, realistic goal setting, and empowerment. I believe that clients are the drivers of their mental health journey, and my role is to provide guidance, motivation, and empathy throughout that process.
Life’s challenges can leave anyone feeling stuck or overwhelmed, but no one should have to face them alone. Whether you are navigating a major life transition, managing stress, or seeking clarity, I am here to listen, support, and help you move toward a place of balance and growth.

"When reflecting on culture, I recognize its importance and the profound impact it has on our daily lives"
