About Provider

About Kasi

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 7 years of experience helping individuals find healing, clarity, and renewed purpose through faith and evidence-based care. I work with teenagers, adults, couples, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and relational difficulties. I believe healing involves the whole person, mind, body, and spirit, and my goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where transformation and restoration can take place.

I hold a master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. My approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing within a Christian-centered framework to address both emotional and spiritual wellness, helping clients cultivate resilience, confidence, and peace.

I know that taking the first step toward therapy can be challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone. My goal is to offer a safe and compassionate space where you feel seen, valued, and supported. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, balance, and peace.

Get to know Kasi

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?

I decided to become a counselor because of my own experiences growing up without strong guidance. Navigating life’s challenges on my own taught me the value of support, understanding, and someone to walk alongside you through difficult times. My journey inspired me to create a safe, compassionate space for others, so they don’t have to face life’s struggles alone.

What types of clients do you work best with?

I work most effectively with clients who are motivated to make positive changes in their lives. My ideal clients are those who recognize areas of struggle—whether emotional, relational, or behavioral—and are ready to take intentional steps toward growth, healing, and personal transformation.

What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?

One thing I wish all clients knew is that healing and personal growth can be challenging and sometimes uncomfortable—but the effort is worth it. Therapy is not always easy, yet the progress, self-understanding, and lasting change that come from the process can be profoundly rewarding.

What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?

In your first sessions, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and building a strong, trusting connection. I want you to feel comfortable sharing your story and exploring the challenges you’re facing. In the early stages of therapy, I’ll guide you with practical tools and support, and I ask that you come ready to actively engage in the process, because real growth happens when we work together. My goal is to create a safe, encouraging space where you can begin to heal, gain clarity, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want.

How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?

I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs by listening carefully and truly understanding their story, goals, and challenges. I meet clients where they are—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually—and work collaboratively to create a plan that feels safe, realistic, and meaningful for them. This individualized approach allows each person to move at their own pace while receiving the support and tools they need to grow, heal, and thrive.
