About Faith
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) with 16 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. I specialize in anxiety, depression, anger, parenting, relationships, and major life transitions. I also enjoy helping clients navigate emotional development and supporting those who identify as gifted. My goal is to offer a collaborative space where clients can strengthen resilience, restore balance, and build healthier connections.
I hold a master’s in marital and family therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary and bring extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples across a variety of settings. My approach integrates cognitive behavioral and solution-focused therapy to help clients develop insight, practice meaningful skills, and create lasting change.
I understand that reaching out for support often means something in life feels ready to shift. My role is to help you explore your experiences with honesty, compassion, and clarity. Whether you want to grow, heal, or regain a sense of direction, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward your best self.

"I am constantly challenging myself to grow personally, and I am honored to assist others who are going through this process."
Get to know Faith
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I decided to become a counselor out of a belief that most marriage relationships can be or become healthy.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I resonate best with clients who are analytical and who want to understand the rationale behind their thoughts, emotions, and actions.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
I wish that all clients knew that therapy is not a magic pill...The return (outcome) is reflective of the investment (effort).
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
The first session will be entirely devoted to painting "the big picture", providing context and history that will allow me as the provider to gain a good understanding of the client's situation and what they hope to achieve in therapy (treatment plan). New clients should expect to meet on a weekly basis, as the beginning of therapy is a where the foundation is set for long term goal attainment.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
Seeing many relationships crumble around me, developing cultural awareness from living in and visiting multiple countries, and raising highly gifted children are some of the personal experiences that have informed my practice. Since Justice and Fairness are of paramount importance to me as an individual, I aim to help clients be just and fair towards themselves by viewing themselves objectively.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
Treatment plans are co-created, based directly on the client's goals and desired outcomes. Because of my solution-focused lens, clients are able to quickly discern small improvements.
