About Sarah
I am Sarah Holmes, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 14 years of experience supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, substance use, and the challenges of major and minor life changes. I specialize in working with adults over 18 experiencing interpersonal distress, emotional dysregulation, or difficulty adjusting to transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to move toward healing and growth.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from California State University. My therapeutic approach blends evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s needs, with an emphasis on compassion, collaboration, and accountability. I believe in helping clients develop resilience, self-awareness, and practical strategies for meaningful change.
Therapy with me is supportive and challenging, and I will encourage you to push past barriers because I believe in your strength and ability to achieve your goals. From the first session, I want you to feel seen, understood, and heard. You are in the driver’s seat of your journey, and I will bring the map to help guide the way.

"I like to conduct my therapy in a relaxed environment, and while I am passionate and serious about the work being done in session, I want my clients to feel at ease and comfortable with the therapeutic process."
