I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) with a Masters from Cal State Fullerton. I have experience with children and adolescents faced with anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, poor self esteem, and loss. My goal is to create a safe space for all to feel supported and empowered to create the change they wish to see.
I utilize a client centered and strengths based approach to promote trust and collaboration that works towards long term change. I also support clients in identifying and changing negative thinking patterns, practice mindfulness, and create positive coping skills so they may feel confident navigating future challenges.
No matter your age, race, background, or circumstances, I believe everyone deserves to feel supported, respected, and heard. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you and support you as you navigate your own unique journey.

"I believe that every person deserves to be seen, heard, and welcomed without judgement, and I strive to meet each person where they are in order to empower them to feel confident in shaping their own path."
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I knew at a very young age that I wanted a career where I could help and support others. I wanted to be someone who could create a safe, nonjudgmental space for people going through a challenging season of life and remind them that they do not have to go through it alone.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I work best with clients who are ready to make a change in their lives by applying skills and techniques learned in session to their everyday lives.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
I want all clients to know that seeking therapy and mental health support is a sign of strength, and that meaningful, lasting change takes time, patience, and commitment.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
Clients can expect our initial sessions to focus on getting to know each other and building a trusting therapeutic relationship in order to promote a comfortable space to share. We will also explore your strengths, areas you’d like to improve upon, the reasons that brought you into therapy.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
My values come from a genuine desire to serve and support people, and remind people that they never have to navigate difficult moments alone.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I tailor therapy to meet each clients needs based on strengths, experiences, and goals. During intake and early sessions, we will work together to identify what feels most important to you and what you hope to gain from therapy. I will then use that information to guide our sessions and adjust our approach as your needs evolve.
