I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges and create meaningful, lasting change. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel heard throughout their therapeutic journey. I work with individuals who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward. Others are seeking personal growth, healthier coping strategies, improved relationships, or a deeper understanding of themselves. My approach is collaborative and client-centered.
I believe that while therapists provide guidance, support, and clinical expertise, clients are the experts on their own lives.Together, we identify strengths, explore obstacles, and develop practical tools that support healing and resilience. My goal is to help clients make meaningful changes while building greater confidence and self-awareness along the way.
Life's challenges can feel heavy, but healing is possible. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can explore, grow, and move forward with confidence. If you're ready to take the next step, I would be honored to support you along the way.

"I believe that even through setbacks and unimaginable life events, compassionate support can help us grow, heal, and embrace that we’re all a work in progress."
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
From a very young age I became fascinated with human behavior. Trying to analyze why people make the choices they do. How some people watch a surgery being performed on TV or someone being injured and say immediately “I would never be able to be around blood like that.” If all people felt the same when they see blood how would we have people that have cured, healed others and discovered others and discovered cures for diseases and illnesses. Understanding that everyone views the world differently has always come naturally to me and helping people is imperative to my life goals.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I work best with clients who are ready to invest in themselves, even if taking that first step feels uncomfortable. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, uncertain, or disconnected, and my goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where they can explore their thoughts and experiences without judgment. I enjoy working with individuals who value honest conversations, selfexploration, and personal growth. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I believe therapy can be a powerful space for healing, learning, and positive change. Together, we'll build on your strengths and work toward goals that are meaningful to you.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
I wish all clients knew that therapy is a collaborative process. It takes courage to ask for help, and meaningful change begins with honesty, both with your therapist and with yourself. While therapists can provide guidance, support, and tools, you are the expert on your own experiences. Trusting your instincts and actively engaging in the process can lead to lasting growth and healing.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment in their first session. I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, so I focus on creating a space where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences at your own pace. During our initial sessions, I will spend time getting to know you, learning about your concerns, strengths, goals, and what has brought you to therapy. Together, we will explore what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process and develop a plan that feels meaningful and realistic for you. Therapy is a collaborative process. While I provide guidance, support, and clinical insight, I believe you are the expert on your own life. In the early stages of therapy, we will work on building trust, identifying patterns, and developing tools and strategies that support your growth, healing, and overall well-being.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
The values that most inform my practice are authenticity, compassion, and respect for each person's unique story. I believe it takes tremendous courage to seek help, and I never take that trust for granted. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being honest about their challenges, strengths, and goals. I view therapy as a partnership. While I provide guidance and support, I believe clients have valuable insight into their own lives and experiences. I strive to help clients recognize their strengths, trust their instincts, and build the confidence needed to create meaningful and lasting change.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
No two people have the same life experiences, which is why I tailor therapy to fit the individual rather than expecting the individual to fit a specific approach. I take time to get to know each client, understand their goals, and learn what has and has not worked for them in the past. As therapy progresses, I adapt my approach to meet your evolving needs. Some sessions may focus on building coping skills and problem-solving, while others may center on selfexploration, emotional processing, or navigating life transitions. Throughout the process, I encourage open communication so that we can work together in a way that feels supportive, effective, and aligned with your goals. I believe the most meaningful progress occurs when clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their own healing journey.
