About Carrie
Carrie Eagles is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia and California who has a genuine curiosity about people. Carrie has foundations in healthcare social work, having worked in a variety of roles in hospital and primary doctors’ office settings over the last 16 years. She is particularly interested in diverse populations and has most recently worked with the senior citizen population. Carrie is a working parent with her husband and enjoys being outside with her family.
Carrie is a passionate advocate for her clients. She has received formal training in suicidality as well as end-of-life issues. Carrie utilizes models such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to treat her patients. She centers this around a strengths-based approach, identifying what her clients already excel at. Carrie has also completed the Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
Life can certainly overwhelm us along the way and Carrie believes her nonjudgemental and calm style creates an environment of support during your sessions.

Travel, play with my family, exercise!
